It would be great to have the ability to edit team members task list outside of meetings. Once a task list is submitted and been reviewed by the manager, it disappears. We've found the need to add notes to team members tasks or review progress outside of the meetings. Team members have also requested the manager be notified when a task has been completed or for the manager to have the ability to change task priority/target dates outside of meetings. Thank you

It would be great if you could assign someone a task without having to do it from a team or 1-2-1 meeting. Perhaps you could write the item in your own snapshot then have a drop down item where you could assign to someone else?

Suggestion around enabling tagging of individuals in meeting comments and action item/talking point notes. This would help with discussing next action steps or progress when needed. However, given some meeting action items, talking points and comments need to remain only seen (confidential) to the meeting group they are completed in it would need to be restricted to only people within the meeting team/1:1. It would be great if you could add content other than text to notes in action items.

When I try to change the target date of a task after it's been created, an error message is received "Sorry something went wrong". Kate

Would like to be able to give or request public and private feedback where all public feedback is shown to everyone on the Feedback tile

Ability for people to "co-pilot" from someone else's account. E.g. in order for an assistant to access the managing directors account and schedule his one on ones

Ability to share feedback and assign actions in MS Teams from Crewmojo

Hi team, it would be great it the search bar also searched for key words used in action items, talking points and notes. This would enable users to search for a topic they had spoken about in any of their meetings (as long as they were in the meeting) to quickly find it. Currently to revisit a talking point or action item discussed/actioned you have to go through many meeting histories to find the meeting and action item in question. This would have to also consider privacy locking to the searcher to avoid others being able to search and it showing them action items from private 1:1s etc.
