Suggestion around enabling tagging of individuals in meeting comments and action item/talking point notes. This would help with discussing next action steps or progress when needed. However, given some meeting action items, talking points and comments need to remain only seen (confidential) to the meeting group they are completed in it would need to be restricted to only people within the meeting team/1:1.
