'Request Feedback' not delivering notifications when feedback given

When requesting feedback internally and the request is filled (someone provides the feedback) no notification appears in email summary or in notification 'bell'. User must refresh their page and manually check the feedback tile for results. I assume this is a bug as regular feedback (not requested) notifies the user. Thanks in advance!

Maxine Nagle, the feedback template responses are now in production as discussed 2 weeks ago. See pics. There are 2 features; first one complies all responses per feedback template and the second one includes all respones related to a specific feedback template. Let me know if this is clear. Cheers
