It would be great to have "private" objectives with the ability to align these to the team objectives.

Or have the ability to keep the "key results" private from other team members.

Reason being, if individuals are contributing to a team result, it would be good for others to not be able to see who let the team down and didn't achieve their own KPI this month.

Or there are some objectives in certain areas of the business that require private objectives or at least private key results - for these areas to have open and honest objectives and not need to be discreet with their wording of their objectives would be really good.
